I’m Stefano Minder, a singer, performer, and vocal coach passionate about bringing teams together through music. As the founder of On Key Off Site, I lead a team dedicated to creating powerful and engaging musical experiences. FAQS

  • Not at all! Our sessions bring together all skill levels, blending different abilities into one harmonious experience. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced singer, it’s all about having fun, collaborating, and creating something special as a team.

  • Each team-building session lasts approximately 2 hours, including a warm-up, vocal exercises, learning harmonies, and performing together.

  • We come to your office or event space in Amsterdam! If you prefer an external venue, we can discuss location options based on your needs.

  • Yes! We provide a selection of song options, or you can request a custom mashup based on your team’s preferences.

  • Pricing depends on the size of your team:

    • Up to 10 people: €40 per person

    • 11+ people: €35 per person

    • Larger groups? We’re happy to provide a custom quote.

    *Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT. All payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.
