I’m Stefano Minder, a singer, performer, and vocal coach passionate about bringing teams together through music. As the founder of On Key Off Site, I lead a team dedicated to creating powerful and engaging musical experiences. At our core, we believe in the universal language of music to inspire, connect, and empower. Whether you’re a startup, a corporate team, or just looking for a unique bonding experience, we make every session unforgettable.

Not at all! Our sessions bring together all skill levels, blending different abilities into one harmonious experience. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced singer, it’s all about having fun, collaborating, and creating something special as a team.

Each team-building session lasts approximately 2 hours, including a warm-up, vocal exercises, learning harmonies, and performing together.

We come to your office or event space in Amsterdam! If you prefer an external venue, we can discuss location options based on your needs.

Yes! We provide a selection of song options, or you can request a custom mashup based on your team’s preferences.

Pricing depends on the size of your team:
Up to 10 people: €40 per person
11+ people: €35 per person
Larger groups? We’re happy to provide a custom quote.
*Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT. All payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.
